Course Required Documents

Select the course to view the required documents for various AvSec training programs. Ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted for enrollment.

Duly filled-in BCAS Application Form (Appendix-T) and recommended and signed by Sponsoring Authority.
BCAS approval of Security Programme of the Sponsoring Agency / Entity / Organization. Copy of appointment letter duly attested by the nominated applicant.
Copy of Government issued ID of nominated participant.
(Aadhar, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN with address proof)
Copy of Background Check Report (Police Verification Certificate (PVC) or Passport (PVC to be issued by concerned Superintendent of Police/Commissioner. Passport is valid as Background Check Report for 5 years from the date of issue).
Copy of TAEP issued by the Airport Operator.
Copy of proof of previous Security Training attended – One Day AvSec Awareness Training, if attended.
Medical Fitness Certificate of participants who are in the age group of 45 & above.
Latest Passport size Photograph in uniform with white background in jpg format (less than 30 kb).
Copy of educational qualification certificate (Minimum qualification is 10+2).

Copy of educational qualification certificate (Minimum qualification is 10+2).
